Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
The processing of personal data collected through this website, as well as those organized as a result of the management of queries. will be the responsibility of the MANARE ASSOCIATION (after this ‘MANARE’), a private association of Spanish nationality, domiciled in Valencia, Calle Eduardo Soler and Pérez 3-2 CP 46015, with NIF G-72753130 and registered in Section 1 National Number 625668 of the Spanish National Register of Associations of Madrid.
The simple fact of visiting the Web and browsing its different sections does not require that you provide us with any personal data or that you register as a user. For what purpose will your personal data be processed?
Main purpose: to manage the requests, queries, or claims that You make through the website, for the purpose of processing them internally and, if necessary, to respond.
Also, if you provide your consent through the corresponding boxes, your personal data will be processed to send you commercial information (by electronic means, printed and/or telephone) about MANARE by any means, including electronic, provided that you give us your consent by means of a box enabled for that purpose on the website, and until you ask us to stop doing so.
For how long is that?
Your personal data will be processed for the main purposes as long as they are necessary for the management of your request, consultation, or claim; in case they are related to a contract you have with the company, shall be treated for the duration of the contractual relationship.

MANARE does not disclose your personal data to third parties unless you consent or we are bound by law. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties.
When your consent is necessary to communicate your personal data to third parties, in the data collection forms we will inform you of the purpose of the processing, of the data subject to communication, as well as the identity or sectors of activity of potential transferees of their personal data.
MANARE could be obliged to communicate your personal data when this is imposed by a legal provision or in the case that it was required by the Public Administration or Security Forces of the state.

Right of rectification: Modify the personal data we hold about you when they are inaccurate or incomplete

To revoke your consent or to exercise your rights, you can contact MANARE, by sending a communication to MANARE, either by email to hola@manare.org or by mail to the following address: Calle Eduardo Soler and Pérez 3-2 CP 46015 Valencia (Spain); with the reference ‘Data protection’. The application must contain a copy of your ID or other equivalent identification document, as well as the minimum content provided in the applicable regulations. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, MANARE may require it to remedy it.
Social networks
As a general rule, the corporate profiles of MANARE on social networks (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) have a purely informative character. If you provide us data through private messages on social networks on the occasion of a consultation or request made by that means, the personal data provided will be used exclusively to meet the request made, in the terms set out in this Policy. We remind you that you must not include personal data from yourself or third parties (such as e-mails, names, phone numbers, or contract numbers) through open messages on any social network. If you are not sure whether or not your message can be read by third parties, we advise you to contact us through another channel.

This policy can be reviewed by MANARE at any time. Remember to review it from time to time. In the event that the modifications involve a substantial change in the processing of your data or your consent is required any new processing will be informed about those changes in order to obtain your consent again in those cases where it was necessary.
